Who is the parent company of us fidelis warranty company?

Um, that's about it.Who is the parent company of us fidelis warranty company?
They 'are' the parent; and a bad one.

This company is the most unethical company I have ever worked for. They do not care about their customers. It is all about instant gratification and money.

Everything is about 'right now', and all the problems that are created by lack of customer care snowballs and the customer pays as the end result. I mean they pay for it with the headaches they have when they try to use their warranty coverage.

US Fidelis used to be National Auto Warranty Services and Dealer Services but they changed their name because they are in trouble with the government. Go to most state attorney general websites and you can read about them or go to the Better Business Bureau and see their rating (F).

DON'T buy from them.

I am embarrassed to work there but times are hard and I can't find another job.Who is the parent company of us fidelis warranty company?
US Fidelis has no parent company. They are a broker for several different warranty companies. They make a MONSTER profit as a middle man.

ALSO, be informed that they recently changed their name(S). They were National Auto Warranty Services aka NAWS aka Dealer Services.

The Missouri Attorney General has a pending lawsuit against them for fraud when they were using the name National Auto Warranty Services and Dealer Services.

Their Better Business Bureau grade is ';F'; .

Do a Yahoo search on Dealer Services, then National Auto Warranty Services, and US Fidelis and scroll through about 3 pages on each search and count the negative sites.

Also go to complaintsboard.com, and ripoffreport.com.

They are NOT a trustworthy company
