Does a parent have rights when a guardian is present?

If a child has a legal guardian nd lives with both parents and the guardian can the parents move out with the baby if the guardian doesnt want the baby living out the house or is the choice the parents to make. In otherwords if a parent was to leave the house on minutes notice to move out with the baby can the gaurdian stop them or go to their new home with police and take the baby back.Does a parent have rights when a guardian is present?
Guardianship means that the guardian is responsible for the care and custody of the child, not severing the parent's rights, but suspending them. Some of the situation depends on your state laws on the matter, but I would advice against moving out on minutes notice.

A guardianship of a child takes away the parents' right to make decisions about their child's life, which would include the decision to move the child.

It would be best (for all parties involved) if the parent went to the court and revoked the guardianship. Unless of course, the court is the one who appointed the guardian. In that case, the parent should definitely not just up and move, as I imagine that would be illegal (and not in the best interest of the child)Does a parent have rights when a guardian is present?
If the parents are not the legal guardians, they can't take the child anywhere, let alone move him/her out, without permission from the person who is the legal guardian. They could be charged with kidnapping if they do.
The legal guardian has all the rights.
