Tattoos are ok but your to young you need your parent to get one. Do not get any of those backyard one those are dangerous because there equipment is not sterilized
I believe you have to discourage her in getting because in later years, she will opt to take it out, because I have seen a lot people taking it out years after, because it is a requirement when applying a job, an id, a passport in some places, etc..., and aside taking it out cost a lot more and it is a lot more painful, and some cases it might be cancerous, that's what I heard. so please reconsider it.
If you let a 14 year old girl get a tattoo now...she will regret it when she's older.
Tell her to wait...and if she still wants the same tattoo when she's old enough to consent for herself then she's the exception.
